The boat that made a lasting impression
On July 26, 2024, Imagine captivated the world during a major event in Paris. Positioned at the end of the parade, Imagine carried the Vanuatu delegation before taking part in an unforgettable moment: a symbolic journey along the Seine.
With sporting legends such as Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams, Carl Lewis, and Nadia Comăneci on board, Imagine sailed between the Pont d’Iéna and the Pont Royal, illuminated by an emblematic glow.
This exceptional moment provided international visibility for FinX, showcasing French excellence in sustainable mobility innovation. Imagine now stands as a symbol of boldness and modernity, in line with the great values of sports and the future of river mobility.
Responsible and Inclusive
Imagine is a boat made of bio-based resin, proudly designed and built in France. It features the country’s colors and can accommodate 12 passengers (along with two crew members), including individuals with reduced mobility.
Its environmental impact was considered from the very beginning of its design, with a meticulous selection of materials, including organic and natural cork, bio-based resin, recycled foams, and linen.
The upholstery of Imagine reflects French craftsmanship with both elegance and responsibility. In shades of blue and red, it incorporates subtly tinted natural cork, creating a unique, recognizable, and eco-friendly finish. This aesthetic and durable choice perfectly embodies the spirit of the boat.
Currently used as a test platform by FinX, this boat allows the startup to develop and refine its bio-inspired propulsion technologies, particularly its 100% electric Fin E 150 HP motor.
